[ Fez ] Shift Click Radial Menu Script (Python)

A python script to populate the new introduced functionality radialMenu in Houdini 20.5
When you right click + Shift on node connectors or Holding Shift wn Wiring out from nodes, it triggers a radialMenu which is empty by default.
